Please note all orders ship after full payment. Orders cannot be split between multiple shipments. To make a change to your order, please email support@openbci.com ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we can satisfy the request, but we will do our best if contacted in a timely fashion.
How do I request a quotation or an invoice?
There are two methods of getting a quotation.
The first and fastest method is to use the self-service quote tool on our online store.
How to request a quote using the self-service tool:
- Go to shop.openbci.com and navigate to the product page of the OpenBCI product you need a quote for. Click the "Request Quote" button (below the "Add to cart" button).
- Select the required quantity and product variations, if applicable. Then click “Add to quote”. If you need to add more products to your quote, click “Add products”.
- Once all required products are added, click “Next step” and complete the required fields. Finally, click “Review Information” and then “Submit Quote Request” if all information is correct.
You will receive a PDF quote to the email provided. If you require an invoice to complete the payment, please email us at sales@openbci.com with "Invoice Request" PLUS the quote number you received in the SUBJECT LINE of the email. A team member will then get back to you with an invoice version of the quote you requested. If you have any other questions about your quote, please email us at sales@openbci.com and include your quote number in the subject line.
If you have issues completing this quote request process, please follow the instructions in the next section to receive a quote.
Request a quote via email
If the self-service quote tool does not work for you, please follow these instructions. First, make a customer account with your email and shipping address. Please be sure to add your shipping address to your account so we may accurately estimate shipping costs.
After this step is complete, please email us at sales@openbci.com and provide the following info:
- The email address associated with your OpenBCI account
- The full list of products and quantities you’d like in your quote
We will then follow up in 1-2 business days with a PDF quote.

When will my credit card be charged?
Our store system will authorize your card when the order is submitted and a settlement (debit) would occur within 48 hours.
